This Enamel Mug was inspired by memories of my childhood, driving around in our VW van searching for waves. We were mostly in the South West of England, sometimes on the south coast of Wales, but sometimes we'd take the ferry over to France and travel along the coast there.
Part real, part imaginary, this design represents the simplicity of my younger camping years.
As part of the Weekend Explorer range, this design 'Surf' is one of six designs, the others being Beach, Lake, Ski, Tent and Boat. Designs also available as a digital print, greetings cards and coaster.
